When entering the community a large lake equipped with a fountain that is beautifully lit in the evenings can be seen; a second lit fountain can be seen once you enter the community though the gates in the small lake near the Magnolia Lakes Clubhouse.   

Our community features a large clubhouse with a fitness center, men's and ladies locker rooms (complete with steam rooms), an aerobics/dance room and toddler area.  The clubhouse also includes a game room for the children and a billiard/library room reserved for the adults.  Regular activities are hosted by the community: weekly Poker Nights, Card & Game Night, Tiki Night for adults, numerous kids activities and numerous family holiday parties throughout the year.  The main lobby area and large meeting room (available for rental by residents) with an attached kitchen, are often used for Board Meetings and the many activities that take place in the community.   

Immediately adjacent to the clubhouse is our large heated pool and toddler wading pool equipped with a waterfall feature the children are sure to enjoy. Both pools were entirely refinished in 2013.  A picnic/playground area adjacent to the clubhouse is equipped with a jungle gym play set, a volleyball court, a bocce ball court, and grills to be used by only residents.  The six har-tru clay tennis courts and a fenced, full-court basketball court are located across the parking lot and are served by a separate rest room building.   

Access to the community is through two entry gate systems.  The main gate is located at the west side of the property and is accessed from Bethany Drive.  All visitors should enter via the main gate.  The second gate is only for residents with barcodes and is located on the east side of the property off Cashmere Blvd.
